FENG SHUI PICTURES AND PAINTINGS

Pictures and paintings can play very significant role in feng shui design of your premises. In the situation you can not change the color of the wall you may hang a picture or a painting of special color and shape to balance your room. There are 5 types (as there are 5 elements) feng shui paintings and pictures: water, metal, earth, wood and fire pictures and paintings.

Metal paintings and pictures:

Metal paintings and pictures are associated with Money.

Metal energy is enhanced by the images or energies of coins, something metal, metal bowls full of oranges, because oranges are associated with gold. It also can be the picture of something circle or round silver, gold, gray or white.

The paintings can be placed in the West or North West to enhance cash flow; can also be used to strengthen and maintain the energies associated with leadership and organization in the north.

Fire paintings and pictures:

Fire paintings and pictures are associated with Success and Recognition. The best symbol of fire  is a phoenix or any bird.  It may be also the picture of ireplace or something red triangle.

Fire energy is active, hot, illuminating, sparking energy at its peak.

The paintings can be placed in the South to maintain the energy associated with Fame, Reputation and Social Life.

Wood paintings and pictures:

Wood paintings and pictures are associated with Growth Energy, Fortunate and Wealth.

The best symbol of wood energy is something fresh, natural, with energy of upward growth. It may be also something green rectangular

The paintings can be placed in the East or South East to maintain the energies associated with Fortunate Blessings, Health, Family and Community, Wealth and Prosperity.

Water paintings and pictures:

Water paintings and pictures are associated with Life Journey, Wealth, Money and Career

The energy of the element of Water is deep, and fluid. The water feng shui painting or picture is something waved blue. It can be also the images of fountains, rivers, seas and oceans.

The paintings can be placed in the North to maintain the energy of Career and Life Journey, in the East to enhance Wood energy or use to calm excess Fire energy

Earth paintings and pictures:

Earth paintings and pictures are associated with different Relationships: family, business, friends and so on. 

The energy of the element of Earth is stable and sandy. The best symbol of earth energy is a mountain. It also can be the images of something square yellow, brown or cream.

The paintings can be placed in the South West--associated with Relationships and Mountain energy; in the North East--associated with wisdom, Self Knowledge and Calm.
